Where are your events held?

All of our markets are held outdoors. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather, as conditions may vary.

What happens if it rains?

All of our outdoor events have a designated rain date. If the forecast shows severe or sustained rain, we will postpone the event to the published rain date. In the rare case that both the original event date and rain date are impacted by weather, we will select the next available backup date and notify all vendors as soon as possible.

We know many of our vendors travel from out of town, so we aim to make final weather-related decisions at least 48 hours before the event. Updates will always be sent via email, and if needed, also posted on our social channels.

While we cannot control the weather, we promise to keep communication clear and timely so you can plan accordingly.

What size is the vendor space?

Each vendor is allotted a 10x10 space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, and chairs. 10x20 trailer spaces or double tent spaces are available for an additional fee.

Is there a vendor fee?

Yes, there is a vendor fee. Fees vary by event. To receive information on upcoming opportunities, please visit our Vendor Sign-Up page to be added to our mailing list.

What are the parking arrangements?

Vendors will receive a parking map approximately 4 weeks prior to the event. This map will detail free and paid parking options, as well as designated handicap-accessible spaces. Parking availability is dependent on the venue.

When will I receive event instructions?

All event details, including setup instructions, arrival times, and vendor placement, will be provided 4 weeks before the event.

Will WiFi be available?

WiFi availability depends on the venue. Some locations may offer public WiFi, but vendors should be prepared to use their own mobile hotspot if necessary.

Will there be access to power?

No, electricity will not be available at the event. Vendors should plan accordingly.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children are welcome. However, please be advised that event photographers may capture images during the market. If you write under a pen name and prefer to maintain privacy, you may wish to consider this before bringing your children.
